3. Exchange Policy
3.1 An exchange allows you to return a product and receive a different product in its place.
3.2 Exchanges are allowed if:
- The product is in its original condition and packaging.
- The request is made within 4 days of delivery.
- The reason for exchange is valid (e.g., wrong product received or quality issues).
3.3 All approved exchanges will be processed within 15 days from the date we receive the returned product.
